1. Cash on Delivery
You will pay upon receipt of the products you ordered at the place you have indicated to us.
Cash on delivery is a secure method of paying for purchases. Upon receipt of the products you have ordered, you also pay the amount owed to the employee of the courier company who delivers the order to you.
This method is only available for destinations in Greece.
The maximum order amount that can be paid by the method of cash on delivery is € 200.00. There is also the possibility to request a deposit of part of the value of the order in case deemed necessary by the customer service department.
2. With credit card

The use of your credit card for your purchases in the PLEXTO online store is completely safe, as the registration of the card details is done in the safe environment of the bank ALPHA BANK
- Before confirming your order, your credit card will be pre-approved with a commitment of the total amount in order to make the corresponding commitment of the product (s) that we will send you. For some credit cards that are not technically possible to pre-authorize at this stage the final amount of the total amount will be charged. In the event that at the stage of confirming your order there is a problem with your pre-approval then PLEXTO will contact you by phone, on the phones you have stated to us during your registration in order to consult with you on this issue. If any of the provided ways to contact you is not possible for any reason within 5 days from the sending of your order request, your request will be automatically canceled and you will have to send a request to us again. In this case, a relevant cancellation message will be sent to the e-mail address you have stated to us. In case of successful pre-approval, the final charge of your card is made by sending the products to you.
- In the event that at any point, even after the product you have ordered has been shipped to you, even though the above pre-approval has been obtained, inadvertently and / or due to a technical or other problem and / or for any other reason and the reason is not the final charge of your card with the corresponding price and expenses, our Company has the right to make the final charge of the amount and expenses corresponding to your executed order at any later stage, at any time point . With your final charge you will be sent a relevant message to the e-mail address or contact on the mobile phone that you have stated to us.
3. By Deposit in a Bank Account (remittance)
If you do not have a credit card or you do not use the cash on delivery method, you can pay for the order by bank transfer.
In this case, the order remains in a state of “waiting” after its registration, until our accounting department confirms the deposit of the entire amount in the following bank account:

In remittance payments, the order is sent only if the transfer is made at the sender’s expense (“OUR”, not “SHA”) and if the reason for the transfer is the number of the order to which it relates, so that identification can be made. .
