Cancellations
As long as you have registered your order and it has not been sent to you yet, you can cancel it for any reason, with your relevant written request to info@plexto.gr or call us at 2231 301866.
In the event that you have already paid for your order via credit card, your refund will be made directly to these accounts. In the event that you have paid for your order in a different way, your refund will be made by crediting your bank account that you will indicate with the IBAN number in your written request. In this case, if remittance costs arise, they will be charged to you. In any case, the refund is made within 15 calendar days of your written request.
Return Request
For all cases where you wish to return the product you purchased (change of size/color/design, replacement, repair or refund), you must register a Return Request with the required information. Or for better communication, call the store on tel. 2231 301866.
Once your request has been reviewed by our staff, you will receive an email notification that the return has been approved and instructions on the shipping method and address.
The returned products must be in their original packaging, otherwise the return will not be accepted. If for any reason the outer packaging bag is lost, you must use another bag of your choice, so that the inner packaging is adequately protected and it is not possible for the courier company to affix marks to it.

As soon as we receive your return you will again receive an informative email and then you will be informed of the final outcome of the request.
If it is a change of size/color/design or replacement, you will have to place a new order for the desired product after the return request. When placing this order, you should definitely enter the number of the order you want to return in the “Order Notes (optional)” field, as if you skip this step, the new product will be sent to you with a normal charge (i.e. no the value of the product you are returning will be included). However, in such cases we make sure to contact you by phone as soon as possible and after receiving the return request, and this for your better service. For this reason, it would be good to type the phone number correctly and carefully your .

Product Changes
If you wish to exchange the product you have purchased – and only if the product has not been used – you must register a Return Request within 14 days from the date of receipt and ship the product within 2 days from the date of approval Request. The products are in their original packaging, undamaged and unused. The product must be accompanied by the relevant sales document (e.g. retail sales receipt). In the event of a change to you send a different product with the ELTA courier with a recipient’s fee, as soon as we receive and check the product, the new product will be sent to you. The first change on products over €60 is completely free. Below €60, the return and shipping costs for any change (number, model) are charged by the customer.
No change will be accepted without informing the online store by phone at 2231 301866 or by email at info@plexto.gr. The change will be made according to the availability of the products that will concern the same season. In the event that the product for which the refund is requested was purchased with a discount or with an offer, the change will only be made with products that will be respectively on discount or offer. The replacement of the product is only possible if we have received the product which must replace.
All changes-returns must always be made with the cooperating transport company ELTA courier. Otherwise, the customer is charged with the transport costs.
In case of a second change, the fee is €10
In the event that you have paid for your order by credit card, the difference of your money for the products you exchange is made directly to these accounts. In the event that you have paid for your order in a different way, the difference of your money is made by crediting your bank account that you will indicate with an IBAN number in your written request. In this case, if remittance costs arise, they will be charged to you. In any case, the difference of the money is made within 6-8 working days from the receipt of the products that you return to the above address.
Returns are not accepted for gifts that have been given as promotional or promotional gifts with another product. In the event that the products do not meet the aforementioned conditions, they will be returned to their sender at the sender’s expense.
Replacements In the rare event that you receive a confirmed broken or defective product, PLEXTO.GR will replace it for you at no cost to you, as long as you submit a written request to us within 14 calendar days from the date indicated on the sales document.
In this case, PLEXTO.GR will undertake its receipt and return. Then, and once the problem is confirmed, PLEXTO.GR replaces the specific item with a new one free of charge within 15 calendar days from the confirmation of the problem. Returns of defective items not undertaken by PLEXTO.GR are not accepted, while if no problem is found in the product you are returning, you will be charged the cost of the return. In the very rare event that a replacement cannot be made due to a product being missing or removed, a refund will be made in accordance with the terms applicable to returns.
Warranties After 14 calendar days from the date shown on the sales receipt, you fully accept the quality, quantity and price of the goods you received. Refunds, or exchanges with different products, for defective products are not accepted after the 14 calendar days from the date indicated on their purchase document.
Wrong Missions
In the event that the product you received does not match the product of your order, you must register a Return Request within 3 days of receipt and ship the product within 3 days of the date of approval of the Request.
In this case there is no charge to the customer for the replacement.
When returning the parcel, it is necessary to send it in its original packaging with the proof of purchase.
Refund / Right of Withdrawal
After receiving the product, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the date indicated on the carrier’s shipping document and get your money back.
In order to return the product, the following conditions must be met:
- the product must not have been used
- the return must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days
- the product must necessarily be accompanied by the original purchase receipt (Retail Receipt)
- and be in the condition received by the customer, complete and undamaged with all tags, and its packaging should be the one that normally accompanies the product.
As long as the return of the product is completed and meets all the above conditions, money will be deposited within 14 working days to an account (IBAN, Name of the Beneficiary) that will be indicated to us by the buyer.

After the return has been made and it has been established that the product has not been used and is in excellent condition (both the product itself and its packaging), you will be refunded the value of the product. If payment has been made by cash on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer to the bank account you indicate to us, within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the returned product by us. If the payment has been made by deposit to a bank account or via card, 3 euros will be deducted from the value of the product.
In the case of a refund, you only bear the cost of returning the product, as the return of the product must be done at your own expense. If you are in Greece or Cyprus and choose to return the product with the ELTA courier and recipient fee, €10.00 per product will be deducted from your refund amount, respectively, to cover transport costs.
Also, in the event that the specific product has been changed for free before the refund process, there will be an additional charge of € 6.00 to cover the transport costs of the change, which will be deducted from the refund amount .
